Orders placed before 1pm are usually despatched the same day unless it is a Bank Holiday or Sunday. Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the next working day.

Return policy details
Please return item to address shown on package. Buyer user ID is REQUIRED on all returns. Return products must also be in its original condition: including box, packaging,and all other accessories. Actual shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. S&H is non-refundable.
If the buyer properly rejects any of the goods in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations within 14 calendar days in writing, the buyer shall nonetheless be responsible for the return cost of the goods.
Non-faulty items returned to our premises complete in the original packaging together with manuals and software disks within 14 calendar days of purchase may obtain a refund. Goods must be sellable as new in order to qualify for a refund. All software must be unused and sealed within the original packaging. Outside of 14 calendar days, non faulty items will not be exchanged or a refund offered under any circumstances. Full refunds will not be considered if the goods are damaged in any way and seals broken invalidating any warranty.
Orders returned will be charged original postage & packing costs to cover our shipping expenses.
 

 

Warranty (1 year warranty for All the Customers (unless otherwise stated).)

   1.  30 days – Death on Arrival (DOA)

Thorough examination of all merchandise delivered shall be the responsibility of customers.  Any claims of defects, including dead on arrival (DOA), physically damaged or wrong merchandise, must be made known to us within 14 days of receipt and in advance of any return or exchange of the allegedly defective merchandise.  Replacement/ exchange will be arranged upon confirming that the returned merchandise is defective as claimed after product testing. 

    2.  12 months Limited Warranty

We provides 1-year repairing Limited warranty against defects of all electronic products (3 months warranty for accessories).  Buyers may return the defected merchandise for repair at their own cost if the merchandise fails to operate within 1 - year of receipt.  Free repair services will be provided and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the repaired merchandise.

    3.  Items purchased through clearance sales or sold at a special price as end of line or for other reasons that prevent them from being sold as new are sold with a 30 day warranty only. These items may be second user, refurbished or discontinued stock. They may be missing drivers, manuals, cables and accessories. Packaging, if supplied, may not be in new condition. All items are tested working.

    4. Any items which are returned under the warranty and are found to be in a working condition will be charged a testing fee of £10 or 10% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater.

 

 

  What is not covered? The warranty does not apply to :

(a)   Damage caused by Accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause

(b)   Cosmetic damage to the merchandise including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports

(c)    Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to normal aging of product

 

We reserve the right to charge buyers the corresponding restocking fees (10-15%) if the returned merchandise is not in conformity with the alleged product defect(s) after testing.

Quality Contorl 

      For some sealed products, we may unseal the wrap and perform some basic quality check on the devices such as HDMI output, Infrared receiver and etc. We guarantee all products are 100% brand new on the site.
